2. Orders & Contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error), we will refund you.

3. Products

We make every effort to display products accurately, but variations (e.g. colour, texture, finish) may occur.
Sizes and weights are approximate.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
We accept payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs and times are provided at checkout.
Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes only once full payment is received.
We are not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Your statutory rights are set out in our Returns Policy.
Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

7. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
For business buyers: we exclude liability for loss of profits, goodwill, or indirect losses.
Our liability is capped at the price paid for the goods concerned.
