METAL CASTING

We collaborate with a foundry in the North of England whose craft has been passed down through generations. As globalisation has made it harder for British makers to compete, our partnership focuses on pushing craftsmanship into new territory, creating works of sculptural complexity.

Each surface is treated as a landscape of texture, capturing the beauty of raw metal. These pieces sit at the very limit of what can be made in Britain today, ensuring that traditional craft not only survives, but evolves.

GLASS BLOWING

Each piece is shaped entirely by hand, born from a dialogue between the London glass artist and the molten material. No two are ever the same. The process invites a sense of spontaneity, where heat, gravity, and human touch create forms that are unexpected and full of character.

Because each work is made one at a time, we are able to tailor it for every client, from matte or polished finishes to layered tones and colour gradients that capture light in different ways.

FURNITURE MAKING

Each piece begins with a solid beechwood and birchwood frame, traditionally built and stuffed with a blend of boar bristle and coconut hair, then wrapped in hand stitched linen. From there, it is upholstered in materials chosen for their integrity and character, from buttery leathers to British made wools usually reserved for couture, and velvets with a deep tactile richness.

By merging centuries old techniques with contemporary forms, we create furniture that feels both familiar and futuristic, carrying the spirit of British craftsmanship into a new era.
